Baby Express Childbirth Class

This is a shorter version of the all-day Saturday class.  This class will mainly focus on the labor process, vaginal and Caesarean birth, and pain management, as well as a discussion of breathing and relaxation techniques. 

Time:  6:30 to 9 p.m.

  • August 5 and 12
  • September 9 and 16
  • October 7 and 14
  • November 4 and 11
  • December 2 and 9

Cost:  $50
