At Rockford Health Physicians, we know that an illness or injury doesn't always happen between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. So, we've opened a new Convenient Care facility at Rockford Health Physicians-Perryville.

The Convenient Care Office, located at 3401 Perryville Road, is open Monday through Friday from 5  to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.

You don't need an appointment, and most major insurance plans are accepted.

In addition, we have Convenient Care at Rockford Health Physicians-N. Rockton Avenue. This facility is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
