Is there a physician who has touched your life in a special way? In celebration of National Doctors’ Day, held each year on March 30, Rockford Health System patients and friends can pay tribute to a Rockford Health System physician while supporting medical excellence.
Donors are invited to make gifts to the Rockford Memorial Development Foundation, the charitable giving arm of Rockford Health System, in honor of doctors who have touched their lives. Gifts will be used to provide care and comfort items to patients and their families. The Foundation will include the names of the doctors honored by these gifts in special Doctors’ Day recognition (gifts need to arrive before March 22 to be included). And, each physician recognized will be notified.
