The Heart & Vascular Center at Rockford Health System is a comprehensive outpatient cardiac diagnostic center located on first floor of the Rockford Medical Building at 2350 N. Rockton Avenue. The center combines the services of cardiologist and cardiothoracic surgeons. By integrating wellness, diagnostic, therapeutic and follow up services at one location, Rockford Health System provides not only the highest quality care, but also the most accessible and convenient care for our patients and their families.

• The Heart & Vascular Center office is the only cardiology certified office in Northern Illinois by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for the treatment of Heart & Stroke
• The Heart & Vascular Center Echo lab is the only cardiac echo lab in Northern Illinois that is certified by Intersocietal Commission for Accreditation of Echocardiography Labs.
