What Do
Our Patients' Parents Tell Us?
One of the most important things we do
to support our quality improvement
efforts is to ask for and listen
carefully to your feedback to us.
We rely on what you tell us about
our service to help us better meet your
needs.
If you receive one of surveys in
the mail or receive a phone call from
one of our managers to follow-up on your
experience, we appreciate your feedback.

One way we monitor
patient satisfaction with care provided
by our pediatricians is through written
surveys mailed by Press Ganey.
Rockford Health Physicians
exceeded its goal to improve Respectful
Care and patient satisfaction in 2008.
So far in 2009, our results still
show that more than 91% of parents rate their overall pediatric care as a 9
or 10 on a scale of 1 – 10.
Here are some of the comments
that parents took time to write on
surveys they received in first quarter
of 2009.
“I called in the
morning and got an appointment late in
the day, which was what is best for my
schedule.”
“We love Dr.
Peterson and his staff.
I can get the boys in very quick
and we don’t spend the whole day
waiting.
They are very caring.”
“I ALWAYS have a
great response when I call with any
concern about my daughter.
Whether my concern is big or
small, it is treated as important, and I
will always remain faithful to this
office for that.”
“It was extremely
easy to make an appointment and to ask
questions.”
“Dr. Hornbach is an
outstanding doctor.
He is very kind and personable.
He always listens to my concerns
and asks my opinion on treatment.
Excellent doctor!”
“Dr. Moody is a
wonderful doctor.
She speaks to us like real
people, not in ‘doctor’ terms, which
helps us understand things a lot better
than other doctors.”
“Love Dr. Rhodes!
Has a knack for kids.
Brought out bubbles for my 18
month old and quieted her down!!”
Dr. Beaves is
awesome.
She’s understanding and really
listens to me (mother of minors) about
what’s going on.”
